April weather has been a bit cool and it seems we have been lacking precipitation. That said, it seems everything is biting. Thank you to all the members sharing the pictures below.
Mike Gildea reeled in a nice Crappie (below, left). We do not have size details, but the Crappie have been hot this spring. Many anglers seem to be enjoying their activity.
Guy Conley just pulled in a 4+ pound small mouth the other day (above, right). And better news yet, the fish are looking well fed and healthy!
I'm not sure we new they were this big, but Steve Harting recently caught a 14-1/2 In. Perch. I also understand Jim Alexander caught another Perch within a day that was nearly as big as Steve's catch.
Andres Martinez (below left) and (below right) both landed Muskie in the recent past! What fantastic looking fish! We ask that you always release the Muskie. We have them in the lake to manage the Shad population. From their rapid growth, it seems to be working

Besides, the Crappie (, 14-1/2" Perch, Muskie, 4+ pound smallmouth, we have had multiple reports of Largemouth, Walleye, and Trout actively biting.
And let's not forget the rest of the experience...
We look forward to seeing you out there soon!
